Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: May 2026
HayatGen is an open creative platform. We do not restrict the style, genre, or subject matter of your work. You are free to use any model on HayatGen for any lawful purpose — the only limits are the law and the safety filter built into whichever model you choose. If one model declines a prompt, you're welcome to switch to a less-restrictive model such as FLUX or Stable Diffusion.
The short list below is the one exception: content that is unlawful or that harms real people. This is the legal floor we are required to maintain — it applies regardless of which model you use, and it's what keeps HayatGen (and your account) safe. Violating it may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
1. Unlawful content (always prohibited)
You must not use HayatGen to generate, upload, or distribute:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexualized content involving minors.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery, including deepfakes of real people without their explicit consent.
- Content that incites violence, terrorism, or self-harm.
- Content designed to harass, threaten, or defame specific individuals.
- Content that promotes hate based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
- Disinformation designed to manipulate elections, public health, or financial markets.
- Content that infringes someone else's intellectual property.
2. Prohibited uses
You must not:
- Impersonate real people in a way intended to deceive, defraud, or damage their reputation.
- Use HayatGen to create or distribute malware, phishing pages, or other malicious software.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract HayatGen's underlying systems.
- Resell HayatGen access or sub-license credits without our written permission.
Choosing a less-restrictive model when another model declines your prompt is completely fine — that's how the platform is meant to work. What's not allowed is using any method to produce the unlawful content in Section 1.
3. Use of likeness
Creative, artistic, satirical, and editorial work involving real people's likeness is allowed, including public figures, within the bounds of local law. What is never allowed is using someone's likeness to deceive or defraud, to harass or damage their reputation, or to create non-consensual intimate imagery. When in doubt for commercial use of a private individual, get their permission.
4. Disclosure of AI-generated content
We strongly encourage you to clearly disclose when content was created with AI, especially in journalism, advertising, or political contexts. Some jurisdictions require this by law.
5. Reporting violations
If you believe content on HayatGen, or content created with HayatGen, violates this policy, please report it to trust@hayatgen.com. We investigate every report and take action where appropriate.
6. Enforcement
We may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice:
- Remove content that violates this policy.
- Suspend or terminate accounts.
- Forfeit unused credits in cases of severe abuse.
- Cooperate with law enforcement when required by law.
